Description

For healthy growth and development, children and adolescents need at least 60 minutes of moderate physical activity and 30 minutes of vigorous physical activity every day. The FSFA will introduce you to a number of activities and games that you can do in your classroom and in a gymnasium to get students moving. Bring your sneakers and get ready to move, play and learn!
