The physical literacy lesson plans at Active for Life meet physical education requirements to develop children's early motor skills and later fundamental movement skills. Our Activities section provides ideas for parents to support physical activity with their children at home
Our lesson plans require classroom teachers and early childhood educators to deliver them. Equipment requirements are generally kept to a minimum in order to make it easy for teachers. .
