Every year, the ACFA plays an active role in promoting the Rendez-vous de la Francophonie (RVF) and the Month of Alberta Francophonie by organizing various activities and providing support for the organization of Franco-Albertan flag-raising ceremonies. The RVF is part of the cultural events surrounding International Francophonie Day (March 20), held annually to promote the French language and its various expressions across Canada. March has been declared Alberta Francophonie Month on March 1, 2018.
