Description

The FSFA presents its first physical literacy workshop, Physical Literacy 101. This training provides an overview of physical literacy in order to understand its importance in sport, recreation, health, and education. This will allow staff members to be able to clearly define the concept of physical literacy and how to effectively integrate it into your school programs.

The workshop will introduce tools for assessing skill development that help children improve their skills. This workshop will provide participants with the knowledge, skills and tools needed to develop physical literacy and basic skills that are needed to keep children active and healthy.
