Description

This workshop introduces you to the reading and the animation of books for children and youth as a process whose ultimate goal is to spread the pleasure of reading among young people. From a solitary activity, reading becomes a collective activity that allows to share its pleasures. Designed for teachers, librarians, cultural animators, the course tackles principles of reading mediation and leads the participant to reflect on his or her own practice. The teaching aids used during the training encourage active participation: presentation followed by discussion and exchanges, exercises, scenarios, experimentation of activities of animation.
