Description

La Dictée P.G.L. is a major educational project first implemented in 1991 in Canada, the United States, and Africa.

The project takes a fun approach to learning in order to raise young people's awareness of the world's most pressing issues (such as international cooperation, respect and solidarity, and environmental protection) while improving their use and mastery of the French language. To that end, the Fondation Paul Gérin-Lajoie provides
students and teachers with free, turnkey educational tools.

La Dictée P.G.L. also gives students the opportunity to participate in challenging and fun competitions that each year culminate in the International Grand Finale for Grades 5 and 6 and the National Junior High Grand Finale for Grades 7 and 8.
