Requirements

Before the start of each camp week, you will receive a detailed program of the theme and activities of the week, which will allow you to prepare your children for the planned activities. Each week, your child should bring with him:

Water bottle
Solar cream
Mosquito repellent
A backpack identified with his name (or tote bag) containing all these items

Duration

Opening hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.

The camp offers daycare from 8:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 5 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Thursday at the price of $25 per week/child. Only on registration.

There will be a late fee of $10 per 15 minute period/child for lateness after hours.

Cost

250$ per week / child
400$ per week for two or more children
125$ per child per week for low-income families. (With proof)
165$ for the short week from August 2 to 4 (August, 1st = Statutory day)

THE CAMP FOR PERMANENT RESIDENTS IS FREE BUT A PARTICIPATION OF $ 10 IS REQUIRED FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE CAMP TSHIRTS!

Description

Dear parents / guardians,

Le Portail de l'Immigrant Association is organizing an in person day camp from July 4th to August 10th, 2023 for children aged 6 to 11 years.

This year, two sites will be offered:

Site 1: École la Mosaïque (199 Martindale Blvd NE, Calgary, AB T3J 3G4)
Site 2: École de la Source (360 94 Ave SE, Calgary, AB T2J 0E8)

You must first choose the site at which you want to register your children for the duration of the camp.

Registrations are open until may 31st, 2023 or until exhaustion of places.
